Submitting a waiver is unique for each school. You will receive a communication from your school or AHP that will advise you on the steps to submit a waiver request. A Student Waiver Quick Reference Flier and a Training Video (AHP Waiver System-Student Training) is available by going to your school's myahpcare.com website (or go to myahpcare.com and choose your school), then click on the ‘Waiver’ tab.
