Submitting a waiver is unique for each school. You will receive a communication from your school or AHP that will advise you on the steps to submit a waiver request. More information on waiving or opting out is also available by going to your school's myahpcare.com website (or go to myahpcare.com and choose your school), then click on the 'Opt-Out' or ‘Waiver’ tab.
